exquisite stay
convenient location friendly staff private tour
the location suited my needs wonderfully. moulin rouge is a short walk, and the bus stop provides access to sites. the hotel arranged a private tour for us, and i found that very convenient. friendly staff helped greatly with restaurant reservations.
the lighting in the room was dim.

The staff were friendly and cute. They tried their best to assist me.
I found the lighting was insufficient. My room, called a Junior Suite, felt small. Breakfast was served in the bar. Tables and stools there are not suitable for breakfast. The young woman serving had little idea of what she was doing.

amazing attention perfect access
the staff showed amazing attention to detail. they helped me make restaurant reservations and arranged for taxis. the location offers perfect access to montmartre for exploring the area.
the lighting throughout the hotel can be a bit too dim, particularly in the evenings.

The decor was fine! the staff was super helpful and polite. They really were really good. i especially loved the private spa area, it had a pool and a sauna. It was just perfect after a long day. the cocktails were also amazing. I really recommend trying them!
The breakfast was not good. there was no buffet. I had to ask for everything. it was very sparse, unlike anything i have seen in any hotel before! the coffee was the only good thing, sadly. the lighting in the rooms was also insufficient.

Salvatore gave great restaurant recommendations, and helped us with practicalities. The private spa was a nice touch. I enjoyed the sauna. The hotel had fantastic design, artwork, style, and décor. I also found the team cute.
The lighting was somewhat dim.

The Beautiful Double Room was designed with distinct character and included unique décor details. I appreciated the small touches and individual design choices. The room provided a luxurious experience with comfortable bedding and premium linens. This created a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff was very attentive to every request. They were really good too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From check-in to departure, the service was really good and personalized with great care.
